Built on Purpose
Serving others is at the heart of how I lead, work, and live.

Collaborating with the Mayo Clinic Patient Advisory Council
As a Co-Chair of the AYA (Adolescent and Young Adult) Advisory Council, I work alongside an incredible group of patient advocates to improve the healthcare experience for young adults ages 18–40. Together, we partner with clinical teams to lead continuous improvement projects that elevate equity, empathy, and outcomes across the Mayo Clinic system.
Junior League of Phoenix – Membership Training Committee
As part of the Membership Training Committee for the Junior League of Phoenix, I help plan and host impactful events that foster growth, confidence, and leadership among our members. This event, Women in Politics, offered a non-partisan perspective on what it’s like to navigate the political landscape as a woman—and how we can champion more diverse voices in leadership roles across our communities.

Serta Simmons Bedding – International Women’s Month Panel Host
As part of the Women of SSB initiative, I had the honor of hosting our International Women’s Month panel—featuring a powerhouse group of leaders who shared their journeys, challenges, and lessons on rising into leadership. I facilitated this company-wide event, which was livestreamed to more than 4,000 employees, including our manufacturing teams across the country. The experience was both empowering and humbling—and I was proud to represent and help amplify the voices of women across our organization.
Junior League of Phoenix – “Desert Nights” Fundraising Gala Host
I had the privilege of hosting Desert Nights: A Night of Giving at the Phoenix Zoo—one of the Junior League of Phoenix’s signature fundraising events. This gala supports dozens of community organizations across Arizona, including Ronald McDonald House, Phoenix Children’s Museum, Arizona Science Center, and the Girl Scouts of America. I also led the evening’s presentation, worked directly with community partners, and helped secure in-kind donations for the auction through local sponsorships and gift baskets. It was an unforgettable night in support of causes that truly make a difference.

Nominal – Team Volunteer Event at Feed My Starving Children
At Nominal, I helped foster a culture of connection and community by organizing volunteer opportunities that brought our team together with purpose. During this event at Feed My Starving Children in Phoenix, we packed over 25,000 meals to help combat food insecurity worldwide. Beyond the numbers, it was a moment of teamwork, gratitude, and shared impact—one of many ways we aimed to give back while strengthening our internal culture.
